Overland Park website redesign

If the site you have is slow, dated, or just is not bringing in calls, rebuilding it starts at $499 and is usually live inside two weeks.

A rebuild is easier than a first build. The services, the towns, and the pages already exist, so we start from what is working instead of a blank page.

We are ten minutes from most of Overland Park. If you want to sit down and go through the current site page by page before anyone quotes you anything, we will do that.

A rebuild, not a reskin

Most of the redesign quotes floating around Johnson County are a new theme on the same structure. The site looks newer for a year and still does not answer the question a customer showed up with.

We start the other way around. What is the current site failing to do, and which of those failures is costing you calls? Sometimes it is that nothing loads on a phone. Sometimes the services you make the most money on do not have a page at all.

We build the rebuild as an investment: technical SEO complete at launch, pages indexed on Google and Bing, Search Console watched afterward, and a site that is easy enough to navigate that people come back to it.

Do not throw away the pages that already work

This is the part that gets skipped, and it is the expensive one. A redesign that changes every URL without mapping the old ones forward tells Google the whole site is new. Rankings you spent years earning reset, and the traffic drop shows up three weeks after launch when everyone has stopped watching.

Before we design anything we pull what the current site actually gets found for. That list decides which pages survive, which get merged, and which URLs have to redirect where.

  • Every old URL either keeps its address or 301s to the page that replaced it
  • Pages that already bring in searches keep their headings and their wording, even if everything around them changes
  • Content that is doing nothing gets cut instead of carried over out of habit
  • The new sitemap goes to Search Console on launch day, not whenever someone remembers
  • We watch the first month after launch and fix what moved the wrong way

Why hand the rebuild to somebody local

If you are looking for someone to take the rebuild off your hands, usually one of two things is true. You already understand the value of letting a professional do it, or you do not have the knowledge or the time.

Writing the content is a large part of what we do. On a rebuild that is most of the work, because the words on the current site are usually the reason it is not converting. We work with you to understand what makes you different, then write to the customer you actually want.

Being here helps more than it sounds like it should. We know what the competition in this market looks like, we can walk the shop, and we can take the photos ourselves instead of asking you to email us fifteen files.

  • We use AI to help with research. We write everything by hand
  • In-person walkthroughs of the current site, at your office if you want
  • We photograph the work when there is nothing usable to start from

Works with the software you already run

You are probably already paying for something — a CRM, a scheduler, a field service app, a quoting tool. A rebuild is the cheapest time to make the website talk to it, because we are rebuilding the forms anyway.

If you are not sure whether we can connect what you have, ask. We will tell you what it would take before you spend anything.

  • Quote forms that drop leads into the system you already use instead of your inbox
  • Booking or scheduling tools embedded so nobody has to leave the site
  • Payments if you take them online
  • Nothing new for you to learn if you do not want it

Facelift, restructure, or both

Rebuilds are one of our favorite things to do. You already have a starting place, so it is easier for us to come in, rebuild it, and line it up with where you are trying to go.

Sometimes the bones are fine and it is the look that has aged out. Sometimes the structure cannot support the pages you would need to compete, and no amount of new paint fixes that. We will tell you which one you have.

  • A facelift when the bones are fine and the look is not
  • A new structure when the current format cannot hold the pages you need
  • A page-by-page plan with a fixed price before anything is touched

Send us the site you have

That plus the services you want more of is enough to come back with a page list, a fixed price, and a launch date. If a rebuild is not worth it for you yet, we will say so instead.
